The S2S workshop will be held in Prague, Czech Republic: 8-12 September, 2008.
If you arrive on Sunday, Sept. 7th, we would like to invite you to a guided tour around historical parts of Prague. The guided tour will start at 5 pm and we will meet in front of the Rudolfinum (opposite the workshop venue).

Exchange

First and foremost: Please remember that Czech republic has a different currency. The best exchange rates you get in banks and from cashpoints.

From the airport

Prague has a very good public transport. Tickets from the airport are 26,- CKr for 75 min. Each of the hotels can be easily reached within the time limit of this ticket. At the hotel map you can find the closest metro station to your hotel. For further information see also this map of the Prague metro.

Usually it is the best to take bus number 119 from the airport until final station (Dejvická). Change to the green line (direction: Skalka). (The station for the workshop venue is station Staroměstská).

Taxis from the airport are arround 20,- Euros.
