PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Full pre-payment is required to guarantee the reservation. After the full payment is received, your hotel reservation will be confirmed in writing by e-mail.
The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of a hotel reservation:

| until 10 July 2023: | full refund, handling fee of 10 EUR will be deducted |
| from 11 July to 25 July 2023: | one-night cancellation fee |
| from 26 July 2023, incl. no show: | 100% cancellation fee for each cancelled room night |
Shortening of the reservation is free of charge until 25 July 2023.
In case of a no show, the room will be kept for the guest until 12:00 (noon) of the day following the date of expected arrival; then the room will be released.
